I had a home inspector by Them. I would not recommend them to anybody. It was funny that the inspector wrote in his review of my home that there was a problem with the swamp cooler when there is no swamp cooler around the house. It is clearly an air-conditioning unit on the roof yet he somehow mixed that up. It took them several days to get the inspection forms back to us when he told us it’ll be a next day thing. Their excuse was that he was sick. I understand being sick and I have no problem with that if there was some communication, but since there wasn’t, I am left, wondering. I would not recommend them to anybody. I would say to you, save yourself the money and the headache and go with someone else. I have worked construction, my whole life and I could’ve done a better inspection and had a better response and turnaround time than the gentleman that came out to do it. When I contacted the office, they were completely against giving a refund and that’s OK. They made every excuse in the world and the reality is that we are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and depending on their expertise and that just did not happen. They can keep the money cause they’re gonna need it. I consider myself to be a fair person, but this was a complete joke and having said that I had to go with somebody else and pay again because I didn’t trust this man’s information. I hope that they see this review because it is completely truthful and they know it. Homebuyers beware.👿😩👿 I wish I could’ve given a positive review but there’s just no way to do so with the service and the customer service that I received from them. Like I said, find yourself a more reliable company. A company that’s willing to accept their mistakes and work work with their clients. What a joke and a waste of time..

I used this service for a home inspection while in escrow as a buyer. Brandon did such a thorough job and the report included everything, from noting what is in good condition/no issues, minor items to be aware of, and more serious and safety items. The report included photos of everything. The report includes recommendations and what type of vendor to use for the issue. He issued the report quickly and also offered to go back for free to confirm any repairs were done. I highly recommend using him!

I recently used these guys to do a home inspection and sewer scoping. They did an awesome job with their report. They found a roof leak too from recent rains that was inside of a closet. I would highly recommend their services.
